Cardio is cardiovascular exercise. From the researches I've done I now know that everyone should workout for at least 20 minutes a day. It also depends on how healthy the person is. Your heart is a muscle, and it gets stronger and healthier if you lead an active life. It's important to workout to live a healthier life.
Cardiovascular fitness is the ability of the heart and lungs to supply oxygen rich blood to the working muscle tissue and the ability of the muscle to use oxygen to produce energy for that moment. Three important and most common activities are walking, jogging/ running, and aerobic dance classes. We use that type of exercise to work out the heart. If your heart is not being work out right you should know that by that it's not because you won't feel tired. The way I can help myself is by starting to do more exercise.

The intensity of working out your heart according to the activity chosen is very hard. You will probably keep working out because you are going to like the results after a while. When summer vacation starts I'm going to join the new gym they opened in maywood. That's what my mornings are going to consist of. It's never too late to start exercising.
